Justin came to my home before the first showings to tidy up and make sure the house was in showable condition. He responded quickly to all my questions and was available when needed for my schedule which made the process so much easier. The only thing that could have potentially gone better was allowing more showings and time on the market before coaching to accept an offer. I got feedback after the fact that a potential buyer wasn't able to put together an offer fast enough. My home was listed for only a few days because we got such great offers so quickly. We may have gotten something more had we left it on the market for a bit longer.
